The General Organization for Cement and
Building Materials (GOCBM) announces for the first time for a tender in sealed
envelope to supply of / 20000 ± 5 % / MT net gross weight Cement Kraft Paper
with a grammage of 80 G / M2 as per the tender documents pertaining
to this tender and according the following conditions
:

for internal offer .

on FOB shipping port Or on wagon at the railway
station loading platform for external offer. Or on
truck at manufacturing plant for internal offer.

- Within / 300 / days on C&F Syrian port full liner terms , Or on wagon at
Free Zone Storehouse /Aleppo for external offer.

-Within / 300 / days on truck at site of sacks
manufacturing plants of GOCBM for internal offer.

The quantity of /
20000 ± 5 % / MT
Cement Kraft Paper and delivery periods mentioned
above should be distributed on the basis of fifth
equal portions and periods.
- Delivery period
for the partial quantity
:
Partial offers are accepted
provided that the offered quantity shall not be less than / 10000 / TONS , and
a quantity of / 4000 + 5% / MT Cement Kraft Paper of the offered partial
quantity should be delivered within every two months consecutively .The balance
of the offered quantity should be delivered within a period to be proportioned
to the remaining quantity. The above mentioned periods
will be as from the date of notifying the contractor with opening the confirmed
and effective L/C for external offer,Or commencement order for internal offer .
- Divisible L/C and
partial shipments are accepted .
-Validity of offer:
/ 120 / days as from closing date.

The nominated contractor will abide by his offer
for / 120 / days starting from the next day as from
notifying him with awarding the tender to him in
written.
